Race Event Summary

LOOK OUT, South Island... Here we come!

Thanks to the forward thinking folks at LEVELS RACEWAY in Timaru, NaZCAR has locked in the first 'Lemons & Limes' introductory event for the South Island - with MANY more to come!

This event is an awesome opportunity for South Island teams and competitors to taste a bit of Lemons & Limes endurance flavour.

Teams must have a minimum of 3 drivers (more if you want to).

About this race event

We'll set a 'fastest lap' time (usually equivalent to a mid-paced 2KCup or SS Cup time) to make sure there are no blitzingly fast 'weapons' spoiling our fun. Themes and Dress ups are OPTIONAL, but highly recommended, as we will be dishing out crazy penalties and messing with laps... Just because we can...

The day starts with running the LEVELS track IN REVERSE... Yes, you heard right... or should that be left?!? We'll run half the day Clockwise, then take a quick break for lunch and turn the track around to its 'normal' anti-clockwise direction.

The result? 8 hours of fun and frivolity - more fun than a fart in the bathtub...

Event Schedule

Teams that turn up on FRIDAY March 8th and go through scrutineering (and documentation) may run a PRACTICE session on the Friday afternoon, thanks to Levels Raceway. A $50 track fee applies.
The event starts on track at 9am until 5pm Saturday March 9th 2024.
